Q. WHERE IS THE 2019 SUNSET CONCERT BEING HELD?
A. The Australian Army Museum of Western Australia

Entry through the Burt Street Main Gates.
Q. WHEN IS THE 2019 SUNSET CONCERT BEING HELD?
A. Sunday, 24 February 2019.
Q. WHAT TIME DOES THE 2019 SUNSET CONCERT START?
A. The concert will start at 5.30pm sharp and we request ALL guests to be seated before 5.15pm.
Q. WHAT TIME DOES THE 2019 SUNSET CONCERT END?
A. The concert will conclude at approximately 8.00pm.
Q. WILL BAG SEARCHES TAKE PLACE?
A. Yes. As this is an Australian Defence Force Base, Military Police may conduct bag searches prior to entry.
Q. IS THE 2019 SUNSET CONCERT BEING HELD OUTSIDE?
A. Yes, the concert is held outside on the Artillery Barracks bitumen parade ground.
Q. WHAT ARE THE 2019 SUNSET TICKET PRICES?
A. Adult $30.00
Children under 18 (4-17years) $15.00
(Children under 4yrs- free entry)
Family [2 adults & 2 children] $65.00
Group of 10+ guests. $25.00
Carers with their chargers will be provided with free entry.
These prices include free access to the seven museum galleries.
Please allow at least two hours if you wish to view the museum galleries.
The Museum Galleries will be closed by 5.00pm.

At Artillery Barracks’ Museum Shop, Burt Street, Fremantle.
Please note the shop is open from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive, between the hours of
10.30am to 1.00pm.
We will be closed for the Christmas break from Sunday, 16 December 2018 to SUNDAY 6
January 2019. We will resume normal opening hours as of Wednesday 9 January 2019.
Q. WHAT SORT OF SEATING IS PROVIDED?
A. We provide white plastic outdoor type chairs.
There is no reserved seating, unless you are in groups of 10+ guests.

Q. WILL ACROD SEATING AND PARKING BE AVAILABLE.
Y. ACROD seating, with a carer, will be available.

There is limited reserved ACROD parking available.
The disabled person can be dropped off at the Burt Street main gate, whilst the carer goes to park the car.

Q. WHO WILL BE PERFORMINNG AT THE 2019 SUNSET CONCERT?
· The Australian Army Band Perth, including singers.
· The Royal Australian Navy Band.
· The massed Pipes and Drums from the:
· Australian Army Band Perth.
· 51 ACU Swan Regiment Drums and Pipes.
· Presbyterian Ladies’ College Pipe Band,
· Scottish Highland Dancers.
Q. WILL THERE BE ANY LOUD NOISES?
A. Yes, blank firing of rifles during the marching drills.
Ear protection will be offered to our guests on the day.
Q. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND ALCOHOL?
A. Yes, but ONLY plastic drinking cups to be used for all drinks.
Q. WHAT FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON THE DAY?
A. Sausage sizzle and hamburgers.
Coffee vans available.
Ice cream vans available.
Water and cool dinks will be available for purchase.
Q. WILL THERE BE ANY BAG SEARCHES ON ENTRY?
A. As this is an Australian Defence Force base, the Military Police may be conducting bag searches.
Q. IS THERE CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?
A. Street parking is available in the surrounding streets of Quarry Street, Burt Street, Tuckfield
Street, Malcolm Street, East Street and Vale Street.
The Fremantle Leisure Centre off Ord Street.
Limited parking is also available in marked car bays at the John Curtin College at the end of

A. There is very limited bus/coach parking available.

Q. WHAT BUSES DO I BOARD FROM THE FREMANTLE RAILWAY STATION?
A. Buses leave from the Fremantle railway station and travel along Queen Victoria Street.
The Route numbers are 103, 107, 111, & 910.
The stop is 10286, just outside Officeworks.
